^{Epic Odyssey Public Theme Events (i.e. Kilt & Mini Bash)}

^{The information we collect during the ticketing process for our public events is used for the purposes of (a) processing ticketing transactions, (b) keeping event guests informed of upcoming Epic Odyssey events and activites (with opt-in) via a periodic email announcement, newsletter, etc.}

^{About Odyssey Adventurers Club ("OAC")}

^{During 2010 Epic Odyssey will launch an opt-in membership-based online community ("service") via the company's website EpicOdyssey.com allowing OAC members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends sharing the common bond of interest in attending and participating in Epic Odyssey entertainment experiences. OAC members can view each others' profiles, communicate with friends and meet new friends via the service, share photos, post journals and comments, and describe their interests and experiences. To enrich our OAC members' experience, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our members to identify each other and expand their network of friends within the EAC community. OAC members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them.}

^{Community Information Collection and Use by Epic Odyssey}

^{EpicOdyssey.com collects member submitted information such as name, email address, age and mailing address to authenticate members and to send notifications to those members relating to the OAC service and invitations to upcoming Epic Odyssey experiences. Epic Odyssey may also collect other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, education and occupation in order to assist members in finding and communicating with each other.}

^{EpicOdyssey.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate member data, and browser type, from members and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. Member IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.}

^{Member Profile information including members' pictures, first names and/or usernames are displayed to people in order to facilitate member interaction in the OAC social networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join the OAC, to add members to members' friends' networks, and to send notifications related to the service. With the exception of inviting friends, adding friends, and notifications, a member's email address is not shared or displayed to people within a member's personal network. Members within a personal network communicate on EpicOdyssey.com with each other through the OAC service, without disclosing their email addresses. Members' full names are never directly revealed to other members unless revealed in communications between the members themselves. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service, OAC allows members to search for other members using first and last name, email address, and also by the names of Epic Odyssey experience which members may have attended recently or in the past. OAC members may also view categorized listings of all current members.}

^{We may also use a member's email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the service. Members may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their "notification" setting to "Do not send me notification emails" in the Member Profile "Account Settings"}

^{From time to time, Epic Odyssey or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on EpicOdyssey.com. Members may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.}

^{Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members}

^{OAC members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. EpicOdyssey.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations. Epic Odyssey does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations, invitation reminders (up to three (3) per email address). Recipients of invitations from OAC may contact Epic Odyssey to request the removal of their information from our database.}

^{OAC members may also directly input or upload email addresses of people they know from other 3rd party address books they may be using (Outlook/Outlook Express, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Plaxo, etc.) and store them in their internal OAC address book after which they may choose to send invitations and other communications to those addresses.}

Members who do not wish to receive OAC newsletters may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me OAC newsletters' in the Member Profile 'Account Settings'. All notification emails and OAC newsletters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.}
